We’re looking for an experienced Operations Support Analyst / Messaging Ops Support Engineer to join our growing team! Key Skills We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Skype for Business, Mattermost/Symphony, MS Teams
- Strong knowledge of persistent chat platforms (Symphony/Mattermost essential)
- Familiarity with Cisco UC Suite (Teams, Jabber, WebEx)
- Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell a must)
- Monitoring tools like Splunk, SCOM
- Strong infrastructure knowledge to support messaging platforms
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, SQL, Networking, Linux, and Virtual Platforms
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- ITIL principles experience (certification a plus)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and managing Unified Communications platforms
- Handling escalations, infrastructure deployments, and production changes

- Monitoring performance, capacity, and availability
