We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise environment. You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle - from procurement and deployment to refresh and e-waste - for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads.
The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes.
- Reconcile asset data between the ServiceNow CMDB and Flexera.
- Track hardware procurement, including purchase data, warranties, and contract terms.
- Monitor and manage End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) timelines.
- Produce reports on inventory accuracy, compliance, and refresh planning.
- Investigate discrepancies in asset data and support audit readiness.
- Experience: 2-4+ years specifically in IT Hardware Asset Management within a large enterprise.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB is essential.
- Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs are a mandatory requirement).
- Lifecycle Knowledge: A deep understanding of the full PC and mobile device lifecycle.
- Mindset: You should be process-driven, audit-conscious, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with Flexera, SCCM, or Intune.
- Knowledge of Nexthink or Power BI for data visualization.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, or IAITAM.
