Now Hiring Change Manager – Communication and Global Transformation

We’re looking for a Change & Communications Analyst to support the rollout of a major Commercial Agility Transformation (CAT) programme across multiple international markets. This role will help ensure new digital tools, processes, and ways of working are successfully understood, adopted, and embedded within commercial teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate global change strategies into clear and actionable local plans
- Support impact & readiness assessments across regional teams
- Execute communication plans, newsletters, updates, and training coordination
- Partner with local leaders and change champions to drive consistent messaging
- Track adoption metrics and feedback to improve user experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years’ experience in change management, communications, or transformation delivery (global/matrix environment ideal)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting new tools, systems, or process rollouts
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong relationship-building skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity
- Able to work across functions, cultures, and time zones
