Are you a Business Analyst with hands-on Fund Accounting experience?

We are currently partnering with a leading global financial institution to recruit a Business Analyst to support strategic data initiatives focused on fund administration and reporting processes.

This is a hybrid contract opportunity offering you the chance to join a high-performance team responsible for modernising and enhancing data product delivery across core financial systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Reporting teams to assess, document, and optimise operational processes.
• Lead business analysis across systems including Invest One and Passport Reporting, supporting NAV calculations, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Deliver functional requirements and user stories in line with Agile practices, guiding development from concept to UAT and production rollout.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring requirements are aligned with modernisation objectives.
• Conduct data analysis (using SQL) to support solution validation and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate globally with data architects, capability owners, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions across cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake).

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within fund administration, accounting, or financial reporting
• Deep knowledge of Fund Accounting processes, NAV cycles, and investment systems
• Strong working knowledge of Invest One, Passport Reporting, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, Snowflake) and SQL
• Agile delivery experience and confidence with tools like ADO and GitHub
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
