Infrastructure Engineering Specialist
to design, build, and hand over a resilient enterprise monitoring ecosystem.
Working alongside Platform Architects, you will translate architectural designs into production-ready integrations across network, security, and ITSM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design and configure core
enterprise monitoring and management modules
(performance, configuration, application, traffic, and storage suites).
Integrate central monitoring platforms with
firewall managers, security consoles, and network controllers .
Connect monitoring platforms to
IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
for automated alerting, ticketing, and reporting.
Manage supporting services:
Active Directory, patch management, DNS/DHCP, and endpoint security platforms .
Produce technical documentation (LLDs, SOPs) and deliver knowledge transfer to support teams.

Key Requirements
Strong, hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise
monitoring and observability suites .
Practical experience integrating with
major network and firewall management consoles .
Deep knowledge of
SNMP, Syslog, Net Flow, WMI, and REST APIs .
Solid understanding of
ITIL frameworks
and Role-Based Access Control ( RBAC ).
