We’re Hiring: IT Technology Contract Recruiter
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Contract Length: 6 Months (with a strong potential to go permanent)
Are you a seasoned Tech Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and speaks the language of enterprise engineering?
We are looking for a Contract IT Technology Recruiter to join our team in London. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with technology leaders across a global financial services firm to find, assess, and land top-tier technical talent.
From scaling up Cloud and AI/GenAI capabilities to securing niche Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity experts, you will be the driving force behind our technology modernization journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level technology positions (up to Director level).
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively map out and build diverse pipelines across software engineering, DevOps, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, compensation trends, and sourcing data.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-touch, inclusive, and professional experience from the first LinkedIn message to the final offer acceptance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated IT recruiting experience, ideally with a background supporting global financial services, fintech, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Tech Literacy: A solid understanding of modern tech stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP, DevOps, Cybersecurity frameworks, and emerging AI/GenAI spaces).
- Drive & Agility: Proven success managing a high volume of concurrent requisitions in a dynamic, fast-moving corporate landscape.
- Tools: Expert-level mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced talent mapping strategies.
