We’re a leading recruitment agency looking for a strong leader to join our IT division. As a Team Lead, you’ll guide and develop your permanent recruitment consultants, shape recruitment strategies, and manage your own client portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 360° permanent recruitment consultants.
  • Strategy: Define and implement talent acquisition strategies and effective team structures to meet company targets.
  • Coaching: Provide clear guidance, feedback, and development to drive team performance.
  • Operations: Manage your own client portfolio and support your team in placing IT specialists and executives.
