Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Automation / Test Analyst to drive end-to-end quality assurance on large-scale transformation projects. You will work within Agile teams alongside Developers, BAs, and Product Owners to design, execute, and maintain automated and manual testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Delivery: Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and E2E test cases.
- Automation: Build and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
- Agile Integration: Participate in sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, and UAT support.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring traceability.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate quality metrics for stakeholders and ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards.
Key Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: Proven track record in QA/Automation roles within large-scale Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments.
- Automation (Desirable): Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Technical (Desirable): SQL, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud/Data projects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and client-facing adaptability.
