Position Overview
We’re a leading recruitment agency looking for driven individuals to join our IT team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll cover the full recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to building client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development and sales calls, generating new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
- Source, screen, and present qualified IT contractors tailored to client requirements, leveraging our database, job boards, applications, and online tools.
- Write engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent and develop your own network of skilled IT professionals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT contracting business, with strong knowledge of the IT talent market.
