About the Role Join a leading global travel platform to shape the future of our Loyalty Program.
As a hands-on Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy for member engagement—building features that help travelers get the most value out of our program and drive long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and execute a 1-year roadmap focused on driving member engagement across the user lifecycle.
- Full-Cycle Delivery: Lead development from discovery and requirements gathering to release and optimization.
- Experimentation & Data: Set key metrics, run A/B tests, and use data to make smart product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to build high-quality user experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Align goals across teams and present plans clearly to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience leading tech teams.
- Proven track record of launching user-facing products with measurable business impact.
- Strong UX empathy and experience mapping end-to-end user journeys.
- Data fluency with strong skills in experimentation, metrics, and technical trade-offs.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
