Are you a Master Data Management expert ready to jump into a high-impact, immediate project? We’re seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end MDM delivery, shape our governance strategy, and mentor a talented engineering team.
About the Role
As our Informatica MDM Lead , you will take total ownership of our master data platform—from leading business stakeholder workshops to designing robust data models and match/merge strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, analytics, and business teams to establish a gold-standard MDM foundation.
Required Technical Skills
- 10–12 years of total IT experience with 5+ years specialized in Master Data Management.
- Deep hands-on proficiency in Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Director (IDD), IDQ , data controls, and MDM utilities.
- Advanced relational database & SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL ).
- Strong experience with ETL/Data Integration, enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs , and cloud-based architectures.
- Hands-on track record operating in Agile/Scrum environments.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management capabilities with polished presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams seamlessly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) or AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
- TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification.
- Industry exposure in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Healthcare .
