We are seeking an IT Delivery Consultant/ IT recruiter to support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent. The role focuses on managing the full candidate lifecycle and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.
Overview
We are looking for a candidate-focused recruiter with IT recruitment experience to source, screen, and place technology professionals across IT specialisms, working closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
- Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.
Skills & Experience
- Previous recruitment experience in all IT roles (diversity is key).
- Past experience working with System Integrators SI.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (Agency workers preferred).
- Target-driven with excellent communication.
- Ability to manage multiple roles.
