About the Role
Join our UK & Ireland Diagnostics team to shape strategy through data and customer voice. You will translate healthcare market data and customer feedback into actionable insights to drive business planning and targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience (Cx): Execute the UK&I Cx strategy, manage customer touchpoint surveys (CSAT, annual benchmarking), and serve as local Cx Champion in global/EMEA networks.
- Market Intelligence: Deliver market size, share, and NHS activity reports; monitor public competitor activity; build dynamic SWOT/PESTLE frameworks for annual business planning.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct market research (quant/qual) and partner with marketing teams to run targeted campaigns using external healthcare data.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in data-driven roles (Essential). Healthcare/NHS data, Cx metrics (CSAT/NPS), or market research experience (Desirable).
- Skills: Strong data visualization, fluent written/verbal communication, and an analytical, accountable mindset.
