In this crucial role, you will be part of a dedicated team manufacturing essential medical diagnostic products in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Safely set up, calibrate, and operate automated manufacturing machinery, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Assurance & Control: Continuously monitor production processes to ensure all products comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), internal quality systems, and global regulatory requirements.
- Meticulous Documentation: Maintain highly accurate production and compliance records. This includes precise data entry into digital batch records and producing written reports with exceptionally clear, legible handwriting.
- Process Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on the production line to identify any potential faults, bottlenecks, or safety hazards, escalating issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with your immediate shift team, quality control, and engineering departments to maintain workflow efficiency and ensure comprehensive shift handovers.
