Our leading client is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join their team in Newcastle. If you have strong administrative skills, are comfortable using recruitment tools and MS Office, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)
Working Hours: Full-time, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Hourly rate: 13.33/hrTravel: Occasional travel for meetings
About the Role
This role will support the Frontline Hub, which is divided into Soft Services and Central Functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You\’ll be working closely with one RBP (Resourcing Business Partner) and an additional coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic sifting of candidates/applications
- Interview scheduling
- Customer service and communication via email, phone and text.
- Updating trackers and the recruitment system
- Administrative support (full training provided)
- Basic reporting – pulling data from systems
- Supporting central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hub
Requirements
Essential
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Comfortable using computer systems and navigating recruitment tools
- Confident engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Reliable, ethical, and proactive
- Able to handle high volumes of work
Desirable
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Experience working in a high-paced administrative or customer service environment
