The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
What will you deliver? Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time. Carry out reactive tasks throughout the sites Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown works Update customers CAFM system in real time Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment prior to starting work Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance. Participate in the teams oncall rota and be available for overtimeWhat can we offer you? On offer is a competitive salary dependent upon skills and experience.
