Machine Operative in Oakdale

Machine Operatives Required Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a new opportunity? We have a fantastic position available for a Machine Operative at our busy manufacturing site in Newport. We produce a range of plastic products, from household items like washing-up bowls and dustpans to industrial buckets for the construction industry. This is a hands-on role where you\'ll be a key part of our production process. Key Responsibilities: Loading raw materials into machines. Performing quality checks on finished products. Trimming and assembling products, including adding handles and lids. Loading pallets to specific quantities. Wrapping and storing pallets using a pump truck. Carrying out basic machine maintenance and cleaning tasks. Must be be able to drive to site Shift Pattern & Location: The role starts on a day shift for the first few weeks, then moves to a permanent 4-on, 4-off, 12-hour shift pattern: 2 days (6am - 6pm) followed by 2 nights (6pm - 6am).
