We have an initially temporary role available within the operational function of a large Pharmaceutical, Biomedical and . This role is ideal for someone with inventory and order fulfilment skills and is IT literate, adaptable, and a strong communicator. * Role: Inventory Associate * Location: Langhurst Wood Road, Horsham, RH12 4QD * Rate: £14.52ph (£13.20ph basic+ 10% shift allowance) * Contract length: 6 months initially * Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:15 (37.5 hours per week) * Start: ASAP Responsibilities: * Picking and packing client orders to fulfil business targets * Receiving deliveries from couriers into correct storage locations and inventory software * Following Production Orders to complete client packaging requirements, including set up and cleaning down of rooms and equipment * Completing GMP paperwork with accuracy, meeting vital timelines * Completing inventories, cycle counts, and waste disposals * Following Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality regulations * Maintaining good housekeeping and promoting a safe working environment * Supporting Continuous Improvement through the PPI Lean Process Essential requirements: * English & Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent experience/qualification) * Good IT literacy * Strong interpersonal, communication, and numerical skills * Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure * Ability to work in ambient, cold-chain, and -20C environments as required Desirable requirements: * Experience working in a GxP environment * Experience working with biological and/or pharmaceutical materials Benefits: * Advice and editing on your current CV * Dedicated team throughout your journey within the role * Paid holiday * Exclusive online services including restaurant and retail discounts * Chance to receive £300* for referring a friend * Opportunity for progression into permanent roles * Competitive rates of pay Does this role sound interesting?
