Site Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Location: Witney
Pay Rate: 40,000 per year / 19 an hour (monthly pay)
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-year contract)
Are you a proactive and adaptable individual with a diverse skill set in maintenance? We are seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Technician to join our team in Witney. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities, tackling a variety of tasks where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Site Upkeep: Execute a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks across the site, including minor repairs to building structures (walls, doors, windows), routine checks and light maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems, and the installation of various fixtures and equipment.
- Responsive Problem-Solving: Promptly address and troubleshoot maintenance requests, adapting to immediate site needs and managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintenance Documentation: Accurately log and track all incoming maintenance requests and activities within our computerised maintenance management system, maintaining clear and organised records of site upkeep.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate and communicate clearly with staff at all levels and across departments to understand and efficiently address their maintenance requirements.
