Our leading Property client is seeking a driven and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee a structured and profitable portfolio across London. Working in collaboration with the Property Management team and supported by back office colleagues you will ensure the commercial portfolio is managed in line with regulation, to client satisfaction and within the company\’s successful process. The role will provide excellent exposure to some of the UK\’s most well known brands in addition to being employed by one of the largest property groups globally

Support delegated clients with day to day enquires
Ensure all parties are compliant with set lease obligations
Draft and monitor client service charge arrangements
Ensure property managed complies with statutory regulation
Building client relationships and conduct regular site visits
Respond to tennat maintenance needs and enquires
Ensure client and property data is well maintained
Monitor contract performance and standards
Experience needed
Proven experience within commercial property portfolio management
Customer focused, approachable and solution oriented
Ability to prioritise and work independently as well as collaboration
Proactive and keen to develop and progress within the business
Driver / own transport (expenses paid)
