Do you have previous experience within a manufacturing/production/warehouse environment? Are you looking for some temporary work? DS Smith in Kettering are currently looking for 2 Operatives to support the team for the next 3 weeks working 3 days per week with some flexibility to do more.
Location: DS Smith, Cromwell House, Altendiez Way, Burton Latimer, Kettering NN15 5YZ
Rate: £17.34 per hour
Contract Length: 3 weeks
Hours: Monday-Wednesday, 6am-6pm (36hrs)
Responsibilities:
- Collecting sheets of cardboard off the line and putting them on a pallet
- Keeping work area clean and tidy
- Working in line with Health and Safety guidance and processes at all times
- Quality checking product
- Completing any other duties relevant to the department as requested by the shift manager
Essential requirements:
- Can do attitude
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment desirable
- Comfortable being on foot for long periods of time
- Able to conduct manual handling
- The flexibility to work extra days
