Manufacturing Technician (Nights) - Witney

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to ensure peak performance and line efficiency.
  • Meticulously track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software to maintain data integrity.
  • Act as a first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and collaborating with engineering teams for complex repairs.
  • Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards within a clean, organised workspace.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
  • Prior work within a regulated industry (such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech) is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow logical, sequential processes.
  • Previous cleanroom experience are preferred.
  • Digital literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
