Randstad are working alongside a global household name who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Analyst to join their team and be the heartbeat of their order management, ensuring exceptional service for their French market.
Key
Duties: Manage end-to-end order processing and stock allocations in SAP.
Coordinate promotional grids and trade events with local sales teams.
Monitor order flow, proactively identify bottlenecks, and resolve shipping issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Supply Chain) to ensure "on-time and in-full" delivery.
Maintain Material Master Data accuracy and ensure audit readiness.
Skills/Experience: Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
Previous background in customer service, order management, or supply chain (SAP knowledge is a huge plus).
A strong communicator who loves to simplify processes, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
