Are you a proactive individual who is highly skilled with hands-on maintenance? If so, we are currently searching for a Site Maintenance Technician to oversee the physical integrity and operational efficiency for a global medical device company. This is a dynamic role designed for an adaptable professional who thrives in a high-response environment.
You will be responsible for a diverse range of maintenance disciplines, ensuring that site infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards while balancing scheduled upkeep with reactive repairs.
Role Details:
- Pay: £40,000 per annum
- Contract: Until end of November
- Location: Witney (Full time onsite)
- Hours: 8am-4pm (Monday - Friday)
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Facility Maintenance
- Execute a broad spectrum of hands-on repairs, including minor structural works (walls, doors, joinery) and fabric maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on essential plumbing systems.
- Manage the installation and commissioning of fixtures, fittings, and internal equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting immediate site issues.
- Asset Management Documentation
- Utilise our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log, track, and manage maintenance activities.
