Role: Receptionist - holiday cover only

Pay: £13.40 per hour

Location: DS Smith, Dodwells Road, Hinckley GB-LE10 3BX, United Kingdom

Shift pattern: 3 weeks holiday cover: You must be able to work each day stated.

  • Week 1: Friday 10th July, 8am till hrs
  • Week 2: Monday 13th July till Thursday 16th July, 8am till 4.30pm and Friday 17th July 8am till 3.45pm, 32hrs
  • Week 3: Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st July, 8am till 4.30pm, 16hrs

Start date: July

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the front desk area ensuring all incoming calls, emails and visitors are dealt with professionally and efficiently and in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Monitoring the email inbox, forwarding emails accordingly.
  • Handle franking machine, posts, delivery notes, invoice, etc.

Experience needed:

  • Prior experience in a reception or customer service role.
  • Capacity to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office and Google.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
