Job title: Operations Administrator Pay Rate: Β£13.59 ph Locations: Dundee Duration: 6 months Main Purpose of Job This is an individual contributor role within the Dundee Operations The Operations Administrator is responsible for processing ERP job orders and transactions within the ERP and supporting the generation, completion, and verification of controlled batch record processes to ensure on-time completion of supply chain operations Accountabilities Conducts all activities in accordance with the Client Dundee Environmental, Health and Safety culture and policies. Processes Job Orders and transactions within ERP system for Operations functions, based on requirements of local plans as issued by the ERP Reviews job orders within ERP to identify any challenges or barriers to effective supply chain delivery. Supports the Labelling team in verification of set-up and print Accurately follows instructions, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure that processes are executed accurately and in accordance with quality/compliance Completes Quality Documentation to a high standard,right first time, compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Takes full accountability for personal workload; ensuring work is completed on-time, to a high standard, in accordance with site policies and Performs other duties as andwhen requestedby Line and/or Department/Senior Base Requirements Nat 4, or equivalent, in English, Maths, or equivalent experience to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills.
