We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our maintenance team supporting a retail contract in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
- The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure as well as rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
- In addition, they will complete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
- They will also carry out minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Proven building maintenance experience
- Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
- F-GAS 2079 CAT1
- Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
- Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
