Are you an experienced HR professional? Do you hold HR experience within a unionised environment? Are you based in or around Corby? You could be the seasoned HR professional that Tata Steel Corby is looking for. The successful applicant will be personable, a team builder and leads from the front. Experience with consultations, restructures, redeployment and change management is vital. Corby works are undergoing significant investment but already produce 250,000 tonnes of welded steel tube each year with 350 FTE. Role: HR Manager
Location: TATA Steel, Weldon Rd, Corby NN17 5UA
The requirement to travel to other sites Nationwide as needed
Salary: Competitive, Inside IR35 (based upon experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri, standard office hours
Start: ASAP but pending the successful result of a medical assessment. (This does include a drug and alcohol test)
Responsibilities:
- Playing a pivotal part in the Organisations HR team and acting as a subject matter expert for Manufacturing Leaders
- Providing guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure HR policies and practices are followed accordingly
