Job title: Product Investigation Engineer Location: Witney Job Type: 12-Month Contract Working Hours: 40.25 hours per week Salary: £23.37 per hour About the Role We are seeking a Product Investigation Engineer to join our team in Witney. In this role, you will lead and execute root-cause failure investigations on returned medical device products-specifically blood glucose monitoring platforms, including meters, strips, and sensor technologies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving product quality improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R D and Operations to eliminate failure modes on current and future on-market designs. Key Responsibilities Conducts all complaint investigation activities with regard to all blood glucose monitoring platforms (meter, strip and sensor technology) ensuring that the equipment is appropriately installed and maintained and that complaint investigations are completed according to procedures, in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation.
