Purpose Of The Job

To provide administrative support to the Region North Heart Failure team as well as to assume responsibility for the execution of specific marketing projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Works in cooperation with the UK HF commercial teams to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
  • With local field team designs, develops and implements quality education programs at Solihull.
  • With local commercial team collaborates and implements quality outreach referral education sessions including supporting supply of stands and materials to the meetings.
  • With local team designs and develops a program to capture patient case stories, where possible including video and image library as well as content for potential media use.
  • Takes on responsibility for maintaining and developing the HF North SharePoint portal including working with team on inclusion of new content.
  • Support the Commercial teams with customer PSA agreements.
  • Support HF North with the printing of materials and liaises on translation requirements with EMEA marketing where appropriate.
  • Supports HF North submissions to Veeva approval where required.
  • Develops a database of client approved printing partners across the HF North territory and uses these to meet the printing and materials requirements for HF North.
  • Supports the social media contributions/activity for HF North.
  • Works with the field team to facilitate processing of PER requests and device replacement where appropriate.
  • Protects and acts responsibly towards all company equipment and confidential information.
  • Must be able to travel, including internationally if required.
  • Maintains a good driving record.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
  • Manages both GPAS, Concur and Xiam processes.
