About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a high-performing domestic maintenance contract covering housing stock across
Woking and local surrounding areas. You will be carrying out day-to-day electrical responsive repairs, fault finding, testing, and remedial works in occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair work in domestic properties.
- Perform testing, inspection (EICRs), and remedial works in accordance with 18th Edition standards.
- Complete daily job scheduling and work orders efficiently using a mobile handheld device.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards with local residents.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or C&G Level 3 equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
- C&G 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing certification (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in domestic social housing, void refurbishments, or responsive repairs.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company vehicle insurance).
