Job Title: General Construction Labourer
Location: Weston Super Mare
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Duration: Ongoing / Temp-to-Perm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a reliable, hardworking
General Labourer for a busy commercial site based in Weston Super Mare area. This role starts immediately and offers consistent hours with the opportunity for long-term work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers) on-site
Loading, unloading, and moving building materials across the site
Clearing waste, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Operating basic power tools and hand tools under supervision
Following site health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card (Green / Skilled worker card required)
Full
PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots)
Previous experience working on a construction site
Good work ethic, punctuality, and physical fitness
Reliable transportation to/from the site
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
