Are you a commercially sharp Senior QS / Project Manager with a knack for operations? We are looking for a powerhouse to take the lead on a fast-paced retail portfolio based out of our White City office.
The Mission
- You'll oversee approximately 10 diverse retail projects over the next 12 months, with a total CAPEX value of circa £25m.
- This isn't just about spreadsheets; it's about high-velocity delivery across a mix of CM and JCT contracts.
What You'll Do
- Drive the commercial success of multiple concurrent retail fit-outs/refurbishments.
- Navigate various contract types (JCT, Construction Management, etc.) with ease.
- Bridge the gap between pure commercial management and operational delivery.
- Ensure every project hits the sweet spot of quality, budget, and timeline.
