Overview: Buyer required for major Residential Developer / Housebuilder in North West London. They are looking for a Construction / Materials Buyer for one of their long-term clients, a national residential developer/contractor based in North West London. They are seeking both a more experienced Buyer / Senior Buyer to join the team due to a number of new sites starting in the New Year.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Buying and Procurement for your own site/s.
- Working three days in the office, one day on site and one day working from home as required / appropriate.
- Experience with COINS is advantageous but not essential.
- Collaborating with a residential developer or housebuilding background, with materials buying experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Likely comes from a residential developer or housebuilding background.
- Materials buying experience.
- Ability to commute to the office and site(s).
- Experience as a Buyer or Senior Buyer.
