About the Role
As our Telehandler Operative, you will be an indispensable part of our site operations, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials across the new build housing project. Your duties will include:
- Operating the telehandler safely and precisely to lift, move, and place a wide variety of construction materials (e.g., bricks, timber, roofing, general supplies).
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to various trades and work areas, directly supporting construction progress.
- Assisting with the safe loading and unloading of incoming deliveries, coordinating with transport and site personnel.
- Performing essential daily machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal and safe operation.
- Strictly adhering to all site health and safety regulations and company policies, always prioritising a safe working environment.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with site management, banksmen, and fellow operatives to ensure smooth workflow.

- Proven and highly experienced as a telehandler operative, with a strong background in new build housing developments.
- Holds a valid CPCS card.
