Leads the planning, renewal, and expansion of key building
services, including power, water, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and
data networks
Reliable, continuous performance is maintained across
all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with downtime kept to a
minimum.
Keeps operations aligned with applicable building codes,
environmental requirements, health regulations, and safety legislation.
Oversees budgets for capital projects and facility
operations, alongside the management of external contractors and suppliers.
Through energy-efficiency measures, green technologies, and carbon-reduction programmes, lowers operating costs and environmental impact.
Requirements:
Expereince within Life Sciences or some knowledge (ISO/ISO8/Clean Rooms)
Hard Services experience & knowledge.
