Randstad have an opportunity available for an experienced HR Professional to join the team at Belfast Metropolitan College. The Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Specialist is responsible for delivering a high‑quality, strategic, and proactive recruitment service that supports the organisation's current and future workforce needs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 6 or above qualification in a relevant discipline (HR Management or Business) plus a minimum of two years' experience working in a Human Resources Department OR Hold a relevant L5 qualification in a relevant discipline plus 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources Department
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification - ideally CIPD level 5 or above
  • Demonstrable experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment and high-volume recruitment across diverse job families including employer branding and social media activities
  • Experience of providing professional HR advice to managers on employee resourcing matters
  • Strong understanding and ability to analyse strategic workforce planning and recruitment data
  • Knowledge of values‑based recruitment, workforce planning principles and equality legislation
  • GCSE Maths and English, Grade C and above or equivalent are mandatory for this role

Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting (including an enhanced access NI check) and compliance due to the nature of this work.
