Fantastic opportunity to join a leading delivery team on a permanent basis. You will lead operational teams, managing day-to-day activities to ensure all objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Key Duties
- Manage and maximise operational service delivery and productivity with a focus on quality assurance.
- Oversee Health, Safety & Environmental management, compliance, and basic budget management.
- Drive excellent service standards and influence profitability through a detailed understanding of KPIs.
- Support the growth of the client base while maximizing client involvement and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have Social Housing, Housing Association, or Council experience on existing refurb projects (not new build or commercial).
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction or Management (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Black CSCS Card (or working towards), SMSTS, and First Aid at Work.
- Previous experience with Retrofit/SHDF projects is essential.
- Valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
What We Offer
