Site Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team on a complex, multi-faceted project over two floors in Watford. This project involves a CAT B fit-out and requires a strong understanding of construction processes and a keen eye for detail.

This is your opportunity to:

1. Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Manage a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors.
3. Work for one of the leading D&B contractors in the country.
4. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
6. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on Design & Build projects, ideally with experience in CAT B fit-outs.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
5. A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
