Freelance Senior QS / Change Manager - Tier One contractor - £90m mixed-use project - Immediate start. The project is located in Central London and comprises Healthcare, Commercial and Residential elements, with a value of approximately £90m under a JCT Traditional contract. The role is site-based with one day per week working from home as required.
The position will suit a Senior QS from a Tier One or Two main contracting background who has either run their own projects, acted as a Senior Project / Package QS on major projects, or specialised in Change Management / Variations. The requirement is for approximately 6 months with potential to extend to another project.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, price, submit and agree Variations on a £90m mixed-use project in Central London.
- Support change management and ensure variations are handled in accordance with the contract and stakeholders’ needs.
Qualifications:
- Senior QS with experience from a Tier One or Two main contracting background.
- Experience running own projects, or serving as a Senior Project / Package QS on major projects, or specialising in Change Management / Variations.
- Availability for approximately 6 months with potential for extension.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
