Randstad are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Site Agent to support a rail infrastructure scheme involving a station improvement, including a new footbridge, lifts and closure of a level crossing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the project safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality
- Manage cost control, forecasting, risk, and commercial performance
- Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and team development
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and collaborative working
- Oversee safety, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Agent, ideally in a rail environment
- Strong leadership and project management capability
- Good knowledge of station improvement and Access for All schemes
- Ability to manage programmes, budgets, risks, and variations
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
- Sound understanding of H&S, environmental, and legislative compliance
Start date: early March
Rate: Β£580 PAYE
