Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Oversee, mentor, and motivate a large team of porters and supervisors, ensuring high standards of performance and professional conduct.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage complex rotas and resource allocation to meet the 24/7 demands of a major healthcare site.
- KPI Management: Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring response times and safety protocols are consistently met.
