My client is a large Facilities and Maintenance company operating across various sectors, including the commercial sector. They are currently seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join an established team at a hospital near Norwich. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
  • Ensure all work aligns with task schedules and industry best practices
  • Maintain compliance and industry standards at the site
  • Monitor main plant and equipment daily within buildings
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with employees and clients
  • Maintain a professional image and promote services
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure contractual and site compliance
  • Manage the site logbook system and keep all paperwork up to date
  • Oversee the management of on-site CAFM and Concept systems, ensuring tasks are completed within SLA
  • Resolve client issues effectively, minimizing disruption and maintaining relationships
  • Participate in a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response

Candidate requirements:

  • Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with AM2 if required
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • 2391 Test and Inspection (advantageous)
  • Experience in commercial environments
  • Valid driving license
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
