My client is a large Facilities and Maintenance company operating across various sectors, including the commercial sector. They are currently seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join an established team at a hospital near Norwich. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
- Ensure all work aligns with task schedules and industry best practices
- Maintain compliance and industry standards at the site
- Monitor main plant and equipment daily within buildings
- Establish and maintain good relationships with employees and clients
- Maintain a professional image and promote services
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure contractual and site compliance
- Manage the site logbook system and keep all paperwork up to date
- Oversee the management of on-site CAFM and Concept systems, ensuring tasks are completed within SLA
- Resolve client issues effectively, minimizing disruption and maintaining relationships
- Participate in a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response
Candidate requirements:
- Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with AM2 if required
- 18th Edition wiring regulations
- 2391 Test and Inspection (advantageous)
- Experience in commercial environments
- Valid driving license
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
