Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services company based in Basildon
Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void council properties
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
- Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
- Previous experience kitchen and bathroom fitting would be beneficial
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
- NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge
- Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
