Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Central LondonJoin the team as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at a prestigious commercial office space in Central London.

Role OverviewMaintain and repair mechanical systems through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. Perform fault‐finding, repairs, and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, building services, pumps, motors, and other mechanical plant.

LocationStatic site, Central London.

HoursMonday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Full time.

Salary£45,000 per annum + optional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building services.

Maintain and service pumps, motors, and other mechanical plant.

Perform fault‐finding and repairs.

Ensure H&S compliance.

Liaise with maintenance staff and contractors on site.

Requirements

Proven commercial maintenance experience.

Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.
