We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Larbert, specifically dedicated to a high-profile healthcare contract. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Lead the commercial delivery of various workstreams, from reactive maintenance to large-scale healthcare lifecycle projects.
- Subcontractor Management: Handle procurement, negotiate rates, and manage monthly valuations and final accounts.
- Contract Administration: Ensure all works comply with NEC4 or JCT frameworks (as applicable) and specific healthcare compliance standards.
- Cost Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations) and provide accurate forecasting to the Senior Management team.

- Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) is essential. MRICS status is a significant advantage.
