Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), plenty of overtime available on site. Salary: £31,000 plus company benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Basic electrical - lamp/ballast changes
- Assembling furniture
- Basic Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ
- Painting & Decorating preferred
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
