Salary: up to £45,000 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive works in accordance with the 18th Edition and current safety standards.
- Assisting with basic HVAC, F-Gas/mechanical tasks, and general building fabric maintenance.
- Issuing Permits to Work, managing on-site contractors, and ensuring full adherence to H&S and COSHH regulations.
- Acting as a professional face for the business, managing the helpdesk tasks within set timeframes to exceed customer expectations.
- Participating in a call-out rota to provide emergency response.
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent, 18th Edition, and AM2.
- F-Gas Qualification: Ideally, you will hold Category 1 F-Gas (or have significant AC/HVAC experience).
- FM Experience: Proven background in Facilities Management.
- Driver's License: A full UK driving license is essential.
- Vetting: Ability to pass standard security vetting.
