My client is a large facilities and maintenance company operating across various sectors in the commercial sector. They are currently looking for experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near Brighton. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
  • Ensure the responsible site is fully compliant and follows industry best practices
  • Daily monitoring and responsibility for all main plant and equipment within buildings
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
  • Maintain the professional image, promote services
  • Ensure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes
  • Manage the site logbook system and keep all paperwork up to date
  • Oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA
  • Receive client issues and resolve them effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships
  • Be prepared for inclusion on a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 Test and Inspection - highly desirable
  • Experience working within occupied offices
  • Driving Licence
  • Must be able to obtain DBS
