My client is a large facilities and maintenance company operating across various sectors in the commercial sector. They are currently looking for experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near Brighton. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
- Ensure the responsible site is fully compliant and follows industry best practices
- Daily monitoring and responsibility for all main plant and equipment within buildings
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
- Maintain the professional image, promote services
- Ensure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes
- Manage the site logbook system and keep all paperwork up to date
- Oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA
- Receive client issues and resolve them effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships
- Be prepared for inclusion on a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response
Requirements / Qualifications
- Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required
- 18th edition
- 2391 Test and Inspection - highly desirable
- Experience working within occupied offices
- Driving Licence
- Must be able to obtain DBS
