Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)

£40,000 – £42,000 + overtime

Responsibilities

• PPM\’s
• Reactive maintenance
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarms
• Power distribution
• Control panels
• Small installations
• Maintain accurate records Física/agns maintenance activities and report findings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, ensuring timely repairs

Qualifications

• An electrical qualification City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 + 18th Edition
• Experience in similar role in a commercial setting
